Acceptance
By downloading or using NUR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Subscription
NUR offers a free tier (10 conversations/week) and NUR Premium (unlimited). Premium is available monthly (€4.99/month) or yearly (€39.99/year). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in App Store Settings.
Acceptable Use
NUR is for personal use only. You may not use NUR for harmful, illegal, abusive, or commercial purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.
AI Disclaimer
NUR is an AI assistant, not a medical device, financial advisor, or licensed professional. NUR's responses are for informational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial decisions. NUR is not liable for any decisions made based on its responses.
Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union, including GDPR.
